3 iPhone Features You Should Start Using Right Now

You probably believe you are an expert on the iPhone. After all, we likely look at our smartphones more frequently compared to our loved ones nowadays. But the reality is, especially those of us that have supported Apple's smartphone since 2007 might still be taken aback by the new versions of iOS' trickery. With every new iPhone and updated IOS version, Apple introduces multiple new features. Some of which go under the radar.

In this blog, we'll mention some of the underrated features most people don't know.

1. Unlock Your iPhone With Your Mask On

The failure to unlock your iPhone with Apple's Face recognition technology was one of the annoying parts of wearing a face mask while carrying an iPhone. Face ID simply does not function because the majority part of the face is concealed. It's also less convenient to type your password to open your phone, even though it works.

With the updated iOS 15.4, you can now choose to enable a face recognition option that makes it simple to open your iPhone even if the face is hidden. Prior to the update, having an Apple Watch was a must to unlock the iPhone.

2. Move the URL Address Bar Back to the Top

From iOS 15 and onwards, Apple shifted the URL bar by standard from the top of the display to the bottom. Because it's nearer to the keyboards and where the thumbs are used to being placed, this should supposedly feel more comfortable. But as most people are accustomed to having the Address bar on top of their screen, which is the norm with laptops and tablets, it may be unsettling.

Open Settings, select Safari, and then select the Single Tab choice under the Tabs category to change this.

3. Change Siri's Voice According to Your Choice

2 additional voices were added to Siri after iOS 14.5 was released last year. Siri, like previously,  no longer always uses a woman's voice as the default. Instead, you will be prompted to choose which voice you prefer to use while configuring your new device. After you choose, Apple will alter Siri's voice on each device that is connected to your Apple account. It's quite sleek.
